ClassTurn Terms of Service

These terms apply when an institute or user accesses ClassTurn. ClassTurn is operated by sobigroup and can be contacted at sobisupport@gmail.com.

Permitted use

Users may use ClassTurn to prepare academic timetables, examination seating, invigilation and related reports for institutes they are authorized to represent. Users must provide accurate account details, protect their login and comply with applicable laws and institute policies.

Review responsibility

ClassTurn produces planning assistance. Users must review capacity, eligibility, conflicts, unassigned duties, warnings and every final report. Draft or incomplete outputs must not be treated as final examination instructions.

Prohibited use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass account or evaluation limits, overload the service, introduce malware, reverse engineer protected server components, interfere with other institutes, or upload information they lack authority to process.

Local data and backups

Project data is primarily kept in encrypted browser storage. Users are responsible for keeping encrypted ClassTurn backup files and protecting ordinary Excel, CSV and printed exports. Clearing browser data or losing an unbacked device can remove local project data.

Evaluation and subscriptions

TEST MODE currently provides a seven-day evaluation beginning with the first generation, up to 500 students per generation and three generation attempts. Imports, editing and downloads do not consume generation attempts. Displayed monthly plans become purchasable only after Razorpay live activation. Before payment, checkout will show the plan, recurring amount and billing terms. Cancellation and refund information presented at checkout and in the account area will apply together with mandatory consumer rights.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, limited or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, provider outages or security reasons. Features and evaluation limits may change prospectively. Material subscription changes will be shown before purchase.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that every timetable or seating problem has a feasible solution. To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and ClassTurn is not liable for decisions made from an unchecked draft. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination

Accounts may be suspended for abuse, security threats, non-payment or material violation of these terms. Users may request account closure by contacting support. Verified requests are handled subject to necessary transaction and security-record retention.
